The account should be usable.
PayPal pages use plain language, visible buttons, and text that can be resized in your browser. If a page blocks you from sending, requesting, or reading Activity, tell us.
What to include
Page, what you tried, and what failed.
Put Accessibility in the subject. We reply to the email on the account or the email you give us.
Keyboard
Header links, Log In, Sign Up, and forms can be reached without a mouse. A skip link jumps to the main content.
Labels
Sign-in and contact fields name what they want. Errors are written next to the field, not only by color.
Text size
Browser zoom works on these pages. Buttons stay visible when the text is larger.
